WestDulles’ predecessor Landstar Development Corp. owned, managed, acquired, developed, leased and/or sold approximately three million square feet of flex industrial and commercial properties in Northern Virginia since 1985, including a large industrial JV development, TransDulles Centre, with JP Morgan Investment Management in the late 1980’s. WestDulles has led the effort to acquire and develop 4.5M sf of additional industrial warehouse properties in Prince William, Hanover, Chesterfield, Henrico Counties and in Winchester, VA.
